- That the next WCF Council Meeting be held in London, England, (subject to their being a suitable room available) on Monday 23rd August 2010.
- Commencing at 11.00am with tea / coffee on arrival.
- Lunch at 1.00pm - 2.00pm.
- Tea / Coffee at 3.00pm
- Finish at 5.00pm - 6.00pm
- Catering for 30 persons.
- Cost to be borne by WCF.

Member Associations have been advised that the next WCF Council Meeting will take place on 23rd August 2010 at The Roehampton Club, Roehampton Lane, London, SW15 5LR.
ALL Member Associations of all categories are invited to send delegates.
Details of the dates relating to submissions of proposals and amendments have been circulated to them.
