They meet a variety of needs including Coaching for Players and Referees, a record of how matches were played, promotional aspects of the game and the more esoteric - showing the different variants of the game.

All are relevant in their own way.

Refereeing

Super Slow Motion Shot Dynamics. The Croquet Association produced several series of 8,000 frames per second super slo-mo videos of strokes, include single ball shots, croquet strokes, jump shots, angled hoops etc. They also made a video of them making the tests. Here, the two have been editted together, so after each test the relevant super slo-mo clip is shown. The following report describes the outcomes and judges which were, or were not, faults.
