David pays the bills by being a Tennis and Croquet Professional at the St. Andrews club in Delray Beach Florida. He has been playing and teaching Tennis professionally since 1971. In 1998 the St. Andrews club put in a croquet lawn. “ He was asked to learn the game and promote it to the club membership.” With lessons from four time US National Champ Archie Peck, David began competition at Championship level and achieved a “scratch” handicap faster than any other American player to date.

“After so many years on the Tennis court, Croquet was very good for him. He was still hitting balls outside, on a beautiful surface, and it was like shooting pool and playing chess, which he enjoyed a lot.”

Here is what he loves to do….Flying,(most comfortable upside down) sailing, bird hunting, fast cars/motorcycles,  and most of all being with my wife Sophie and my two great boys, John and Mike.
