Duncan DixonDuncan Started playing Croquet as a chosen sport in 2004 while attending Waitaki Boys' High School. In 2005 at the age of 16, Duncan won the New Zealand School-Age Championship and went on to win the Arthur Ross Memorial in 2006 in AC. After only 4 years in the sport and at just 18 years old he gained a world ranking of 17 in GC after winning the New Zealand GC Open for the 2007/08 season.  Duncan was awarded a Wild Card entry in to the 2008 GC World Championships held in Cape Town South Africa.  He went on to be the top finisher of the New Zealanders making it to the top 16 in the knock out.  In the same year Duncan won the qualifying tournament for the AC World Championships held in Christchurch New Zealand and finished in the semi finals of the plate event. Duncan was selected to represent New Zealand at the 2009 AC World Champs in Florida where he won the plate event.  Duncan is a member of the New Zealand Youth Squad and earlier this year in the team that was successful against the Evergreen team.
