Mark is a milkman working for Dairy Crest in Hove. He is married with three children 24, 21, and 17.He’s a member of both Sussex County Croquet Club and Surbiton Croquet Club. Mark took up croquet in 2004 after watching the World Golf Championships at Southwick. He spends most weekends playing both Golf and Association; his Golf handicap is -4 and is working hard to improve his Association handicap which is +2 at the moment.

Mark has played in the Italian Open Golf Championship 2006, The European Championship 2007, The Ascot Cup2007, and finished second in the Muck Cup this year behind Iain Lines. Outside croquet Mark is a keen poker player he also enjoys Bridge, Cricket. Motor Racing and Pool. Mark says “I am extremely proud and honoured to represent my country and I’m looking forward to the whole South African experience”
