Andrew is playing in his third World Championship in 2008 having been beaten by the defending champion Robert Fulford in the round of 32 in 2005 and reaching the semi finals in Wellington 2002, after coming through the qualifying event.

Andrew is currently the highest placed Irishman in the world rankings and looks forward to recreating his form from the world championships held in New Zealand.

Andrew works as a business development manager for a specialist administration provider in the investment funds industry.
