Nelson Morrow

Nelson took up playing Golf Croquet in 2002. In this time he has won both the English National Singles and Doubles titles, The Musk Cup  (top 10 invitation event in the UK) and also two regional tournaments; the Lancashire and  Surbiton Opens. He enjoys both forms of the game and has also played in two Association Croquet World Championships.

Nelson has lived in England since 1974 but in 2005 bought a house in his native NZ and now splits his time between both places. This allows him more time to play croquet and avoid the winters.

Nelson still has his own interior design business in London, and is a member of both the Hurlingham and Surbiton clubs. In NZ he belongs to the Warkworth club and has just managed their first open golf croquet tournament.

Nelson’s passion is design but he also enjoys cooking, doing up houses, the cinema, and winter skiing.
