Marwa was born in Alexandria, Egypt and is married with two children. Winner of the Egyptian ladies singles championship in 1999 and runner-up in 2002. Was runner-up in the mixed doubles championship in 2006. She competed in the WCF Open Golf World Championship in 2000 in Cairo, finishing 8th.
