Jack WicksJack, commonly known as Wixy, started playing croquet at his local club, Colchester, at the age of 13, thanks to his grandmother’s passion for the game. Jack quickly started to play the game seriously and has been competing in CA events since 2002. In October 2006 Jack managed to realise one of his croquet dreams, by playing in the English Presidents cup for the first time, he also managed to get to the final of the Men’s Championship, in 2006, before being demolished 3-0 in the final. Outside of croquet Jack is an avid Colchester United fan and typical teenager, drinking and partying as much as he can. He works as an Estimator for a property services company and attends college to study ‘Construction Management’ one day a week.
