A very experienced para glider and skier Aaron Westerby turns 31 on the first day of the World Championship. He is a Computer Programmer who divides his year between NZ, UK and France. Aaron started playing croquet when he was 12 years old in 1986. He has
been a member of the NZ winning Trans Tasman teams in 1994, 1995 and 2003. He is a past winner of the British Mens Championship, Sonoma World Championship and the Championship of Ireland. He has won the NZ Open, Mens and Mixed Doubles Championship and,
with his grandmother, the NZ Mixed Doubles on two occasions.
