Paul is a 54 year old civil servant. When not playing croquet he is a keen classical pianist who organises and promotes chamber music concerts. He did make an appearance as a musician at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
In 1984 he won a Television Super-person event incorporating physical prowess and dexterity, mental agility and general knowledge which was presented to him by world famous cricketer, Vivian Richards.
He qualifed via the WCF Qualification Tournament.
