Problems with web site

I must apologise about the problems with the new website, particularly the links to documents etc., most of which seem not to work.  I am unable to find the reason, as I can copy and paste the code from one page to another, and then have it work in one place but fail in another.

Until this problem is resolved, the website will remain a mess.  I am very sorry about this.
